Pacific Labels offers the unique and rare service of being able to custom formulate and manufacture specialty adhesives that can be coated onto a range of paper and poly label face-stocks. Whether it be for those difficult surface applications or to meet specific conditions in which the label may be required to undergo due to a specialty process or purpose, our in house adhesive development and testing lab can provide solutions. Our in house coating equipment is capable of coating face materials, films and laminates to a maximum width of 1020mm wide with a minimum run length of only 250 meters ( 250 square metres) on various types of siliconized liners and can produce both acrylic and solvent based adhesives including cover-all block out, tamper evident and freezer grade capabilities.
LABEL LEAFLETS
We offer extended information label /leaflet combinations offering attractive product label solutions for when packaging requires extensive regulatory information to be included such as the case for Agricultural Chemical, Animal Health and Veterinary products etc. Pacific Labels offers services to these Sectors in a strict edition controlled quality environment. Our label leaflet combinations with a re-sealable encapsulated booklet or leaflet come in a range of standard or custom sizes from as small as 50 x 50mm to 280mm high by 430mm wide, ranging from 4 printed pages up to 32 printed pages.
