Our 6-Step Process

STEP 01

MEET WITH US

Every project starts with a conversation. Our account managers take time to understand your product, your market, and your compliance requirements — so we can recommend the right label solution before a single proof is produced. On-site consultations at our Wyong facility or a meeting with one of our sales reps is available by appointment.

STEP 02

QUOTES & PROOFS

We provide detailed quotations with full substrate and finish specifications — no hidden costs. Digital soft proofs are issued within 24–48 hours of artwork receipt, with colour-accurate hard proofs available on request. All proofs are reviewed against your approved colour standards before sign-off.

STEP 03

ART APPROVAL & PRINT TRIAL

Our pre-press team prepares and preflight-checks every file to print-ready standard — trapping, bleed, colour separation, and barcode verification included. First-article print trials can be conducted on production equipment, giving you a confirmed press check before full-run commitment.

STEP 04

SCHEDULING & PRODUCTION

Once art is approved, your job enters our ISO 9001-governed production schedule with confirmed lead times. Our plant operates across multiple press configurations to prioritise urgent runs without disrupting standard workflows — you'll receive a production confirmation with estimated completion date.

STEP 05

DELIVERED WITH CONFIDENCE

Labels are finished, wound to your specified direction and core size, and despatched with full roll-count and batch documentation. We partner with tracked freight carriers and can integrate with your warehouse management system for direct-to-line delivery. Certificate of conformance available on request.

STEP 06

FOLLOW UP & SUPPORT

We don't disappear after delivery. Your sales rep will conduct a post-delivery check to confirm on-press performance and address any application issues. Our account managers attend to reorder management, label inventory programs, and scheduled review meetings keep your supply chain running without interruption.
